With our 30-day Spotless Satisfaction Guarantee, you can confidently try out your Rennoa product at home. We guarantee that you will experience how our products make cleaning easier and more efficient.

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee is a supplement to your statutory right of withdrawal.

The satisfaction guarantee means that you can return the item and get your money back if you are not satisfied with our product, regardless of whether the item has been used.

To make use of your satisfaction guarantee, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt that you do not want the item and that you are making use of the satisfaction guarantee.

You must pay for returning the item yourself and the item must be sent back no later than 14 days from the date you have notified us.

Once we have received the product back, we will refund the purchase amount. 

How to return:

To return a product, please follow the instructions in our Returns Portal . Once we have received the item, we will refund your amount. You can order a return label through us for DKK 50, which will be deducted from the refund.
